AdvancedFamilyHealth.com does not issue direct refunds for the products sold via the online store or by phone transaction. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy.

We do not allow any returns on supplements, as we are unable to control the temperature of these products once they leave the office.

We will not issue refunds for shipments seized by Customs officials.

Your order will automatically be shipped when all the products are available.

V. How do I pay for an international order?

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
